If you sign a separate Website ROI LLC agreement, that signed agreement controls where it differs from these terms. Checking "I agree to the Terms of Service" at checkout, or paying an invoice that links to these terms, accepts them.
Prices
Prices are listed on this site: Starter is $499 setup plus $149/month care, Local Growth is $1,500 setup plus $349/month care, Growth Partner is $2,500 setup plus $649/month care, and Custom, from $1,299/month. Every plan has a 12-month minimum from signup, then month to month. Payment happens through a private link from Z that shows every charge before you agree.

Plan care
The setup payment at signup is non-refundable once work begins. Care starts on day one. Cancel by emailing z@mywebsiteroi.com with the word Cancel and your business name, or use the cancel form at /cancel. We confirm by email. Cancellation takes effect 30 days after we receive it. You can give notice during the minimum. It then takes effect at the later of 30 days or the end of month 12, counted from signup. After that, care is month to month with the same 30 days' notice. We stop charging after the final period and do not start a new fixed term. A price change after the minimum comes with 30 days' notice, and you may cancel before that change starts. Payments already made are kept. If you cancel before the 12-month minimum ends, an early-exit charge applies: 75% of the remaining monthly care for months 1 through 6, and 50% of the remaining monthly care for months 7 through 12, unless Website ROI agrees to a settlement in writing. The 12-month minimum is counted from signup.
Prices are listed on this site. Recurring charges are shown on the private payment link, next to the agreement, before you pay. You see every charge before you agree. The Stripe receipt is the record after you pay.
How to cancel
Email z@mywebsiteroi.com with the word Cancel and your business name, or use the cancel form. No call is required. We confirm by email. Cancellation takes effect 30 days after we receive it. You can give notice during the minimum. It then takes effect at the later of 30 days or the end of month 12, counted from signup, the date the setup payment is made. After that you are month to month, and the same 30 days' notice applies. We stop charging after the final period and do not start a new fixed term.
Refunds
The $499 setup payment at signup is non-refundable once work begins.
The Business Launch fee is non-refundable. State filing fees are never refundable once filed.
Late or failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe may retry the card, and we email you to update it. A flat late fee applies if a payment is still unpaid 10 days after its due date. The site may be paused if it is still unpaid 15 days after the due date, until it is paid. No interest is charged. Pausing the site does not end the 12-month minimum. Your domain stays yours.
What you take when you leave
A domain we register for you is registered in your business's name, or we transfer it to you on request. You can move your domain even if a balance is unpaid.
After the minimum, or after the early-exit charge is paid, we hand you the pages, text, and images you supplied, an export of the site files we are able to export, your form-lead history, and help pointing your domain to a new host. Month 12 is counted from signup, the date the setup payment is made. Hosting, email, and software accounts we pay for end when the cancellation takes effect, unless you take them over.
If a balance is still unpaid, you still get your domain and the content you supplied. The design, code, and templates transfer only after the setup balance and the early-exit charge are paid, unless Website ROI LLC agrees to a settlement in writing. Those remaining monthly fees are counted from signup.
Our reusable templates, code, tools, AI prompts, and processes do not transfer. You keep the content you gave us.
Business Launch
Business Launch is a guided walkthrough while you file your own Michigan LLC Articles of Organization, apply for your own EIN on IRS.gov, review a bank-account checklist, and set up a business email address.
Website ROI is not a law firm, gives no legal or tax advice, and does not provide a registered-agent service. We never collect a Social Security number.
We do not choose your entity type, tax election, or business structure. We do not draft or review operating agreements or contracts. You choose and enter the information, review it, and submit it. You type a Social Security number into the IRS or State site yourself. We never ask you to send one to us, and we do not store one. For advice about your situation, talk to a Michigan-licensed attorney or a CPA.
State fees are paid to the State of Michigan at cost. The Business Launch fee is non-refundable. State filing fees are never refundable once filed. Approval timing is up to the State.
Other charges
Dollar figures are estimates from stated assumptions. They are not measured revenue, guaranteed leads, guaranteed rankings, or a promise.
The website score is free.
Third-party costs are passed through at the vendor's price, or higher only when the handling amount is written down before the charge. That covers domains, hosting, software, ads, photography, and similar vendor bills. Taxes are separate. Work outside the written scope is quoted before it starts.
Priority Build is optional. It adds a fee to the setup price and does not change the monthly fee. The fee is shown before you pay. It is paid in full up front. Payments already made are kept. The payment at signup is a non-refundable retainer. It does not set a delivery date. A date is an estimate, and it moves if content or approvals from you are late.
No warranties
We work carefully, but the website, the free score, estimates, and our services are provided as is. We do not promise any specific number of leads, sales, rankings, or revenue, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Third-party services, including hosting, Stripe, Google, email providers, and AI tools, can fail or change, and we are not responsible for them.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a claim relating to the site or our services is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or the setup fee you paid on the affected order. Neither side is liable for lost profits or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These limits do not apply to fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
Your content
You are responsible for the content, photos, logos, claims, prices, and licenses you give us. You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a third party makes a claim against us because of content or instructions you provided, or because of how you use the site, for example your own advertising claims or texting practices.
You let Website ROI LLC create AI-generated or AI-edited images and video for your site and your marketing. You approve each one before it is published, and you can opt out at any time. Opting out stops new AI content, and we remove or replace published AI items on request within a reasonable time. You confirm you have permission from any real person shown in source photos or video. We never make fake reviews, and we never present AI people as real staff or customers. AI content is labeled where the law or a platform requires it.
Michigan law and venue
Michigan law governs these terms. A lawsuit must be brought in the state courts in Berrien County, Michigan, or in the federal court for the district that includes Berrien County. Both sides consent to those courts. Either side may use small claims court for a claim within that court's limits.
The time limit for a claim is the time Michigan law already allows. This page does not set a shorter limit. That does not limit a claim to collect unpaid fees.
How long we keep records
Data from people who never become clients, including leads and form and chat submissions, is kept for 3 years, then deleted. Client records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Anyone can ask for deletion at any time. Records the law requires us to keep, such as tax and payment records, may be kept until the 7-year period ends.
Unsubscribe, bounce, and complaint records (just the email address and date) are kept indefinitely so we never email someone who opted out. This is an exception to the retention periods above.
Changes
We will post a change on this page with a new date. A change does not alter a signed agreement unless you agree in writing.
See the score. Then decide.
The report is free. Z calls you back if you ask.
A website is not a brochure. It is the salesperson who works while you are on the job, and right now that salesperson is losing you money.
